Abstract ?-Fe 2 O 3 nanoparticles were synthesized using Tabebuia aurea leaf extract by a facile approach. The signature peaks for Fe and in the EDX spectrum verified formation of nanoparticles. Cuboidal-shaped observed FE-SEM image. In XRD pattern, it was that belong to These particles pure crystalline with an average particle size 25.69 nm. signals at 538 494 cm ?1 FTIR image confirmed hematite BET analysis showed comparatively greater surface area (31.03 m /g) than commercial nanoparticles, pores mesoporous. XPS existence showing specific oxidation states iron oxygen 710.34 529.67 eV, respectively. saturation magnetization value 13.97 emu/g superparamagnetic nature. TGA, which determined thermal stability reported total weight loss 12.75%. Hence, highly crystalline, pure, mesoporous, high T. can be potentially applied diverse fields.
